Bad serviceFeb 15, 2012
By E. Atkinson Pillows, shown as 17x17, may have measured this before being stuffed but did not measure as advertised. I called and sent pictures of their "17 inch" pillow next to my old 17" pillow showing the difference. They agreed to a full refund. The refund was for $15.00 less. They said this was S&H + 20% restock fee. They agreed to refund both. They did not. I called back. They again said they would but the next refund was for $8.00.
