Terrible policyMar 13, 2012
By Gina Ordered a tree stand at Christmas.....ours was missing! Ordered it on a saturday morning....found ours in side pocket of tree bag when we were putting the bag away after laying the branches all over the kitchen!! Called right away to cancel order-more remember...it wouldn't even ship because it was a saturday...our get pulled to skip...our even be process yet... but they would not cancel the order!! So, now I'm stuck with a $55 tree stand that I don't need because they processed and shooed the order three days later when it couldve been stopped! Won't ever but anything from here again...terrible policy!!!!
