i returned this product on 12-4-09 as of jan.23, 2010 have yet to be credited for the return, website says returns take 2 to 3 weeks, totally dissatisfied

I bought it for my outdoor manger scene. It is ridiculous-looking. Flimsy and cartoon-like. Everyone hated it and some said it even looked scary. Lots of lights didn't work. I wanted to send it back, but never was able to contact the seller, so I'm stuck with it.
