Not Worth the MoneyOct 16, 2011
By Connie Ripstra This was not advertised as a toy, rather a water fitness accessory. I bought it to use when I had a hip that needed to be replaced. It certainly did make me more bouyant but did not stay around my waist. It needs a crotch strap, or needs to be made in several pieces with the strap through all, to be effective.
