The manufacturer supplies a 3 year warranty on the lights and 5 years on the tree. Constant-On lights are a true luxury. If one of the bulbs goes out or is pulled out completely, all the other lights will stay on. This eliminates the need to test each bulb to find the bad one if there was one.
This tree has all the beauty of a real one, but without the work of putting on the Christmas lights! Just Cut trees are the most realistic looking trees anywhere; the name says it all because it really does look like they were Just Cut!

I got a Just Cut GE Constant On Santa's Best tree this past 2010 season. The entire top portion of the tree now does not light at all! I contacted their "customer service" and they refused to replace the top of the tree, they wanted to send me a string of lights that I MYSELF would need to "re-string" the "pre-lit" tree with!! When they said the tree had a 5 year warranty and the lights a 3 year warranty I didn't see that they don't consider the two together on a supposedly "re-lit" Christmas tree!
I'm out over $200 due to Santa's Best and GE! Avoid them all and get a cheap tree ANY where else! You have a better chance of having a happy holiday that way! If you don't believe me, look at their record on the Better Business Bureau!

Box was in perfect shape. Tree doesn't light. I have never used it - it is brand new. Only "help" from customer service is a string of lights that has yet to arrive, two weeks later. If I knew how to string lights that well, I would not have bought this. That is the whole point of getting a pre-lit tree.
The warranty is in the box, so by the time you get the tree home, and read the warranty, you are sunk.
