Great Service Awful productJan 13, 2011

I had to order from amazon a white Christmas tree b/c the tree I had bought at another store with a cheaper price had a missing part and when I returned it they were all out of white christmas tres. My order came quick but with disappointment. The tree arrived dirty it looked like it had been used before, it seeemed like something was spilled onto it. I called to complain and they were very nice and apologized and said that they would send me another tree and that they would pick the other one up since their policy is no money back for your return. The new tree arrived quickly and the other one was picked up a few days later. When I put up the tree it was so slim. My ornaments barely fit, unlike the other white christmas trees that I have bought in the past which are full. Also it had some yellowish color at the base of the branches I was very disappointed for the price of $256 it is not worth it. The service is great but I will not be purchasing anything from them anymore.
