The tree looks nothing like the one in the picture. It does say 4.5' and really im 6"2 and the thing is like half my size. I didnt take the time to read everything in the article, and at the very end it does say tree in picture is like 9 ft tall. Also the one i received was definitely not as full and colorful as the one in the picture. The day I made my purchase, I went to cancel my purchase, it hadnt even shipped out, but there are no cancellations or returns, and if your purchase is damaged and you need to return it for those purposes, you get to pay for shipping and 20% restocking fee. I will never purchase from this company again.

since I do not have children living at home I still want a tree it is beautiful and it is not too bright where it would hurt my eyes if I have a migraine.

I purchased this tree last Christmas season. It's not nearly as decorated and full as the one pictured, but it has lots of lights and takes about one minute to put together. I wasn't going to put it out this year because we aren't having Christmas at my house, but it's so cute that I did it just for my own pleasure. I highly recommend if you aren't expecting a 6' overdecorated tree.
