I was disappointed in the actual item it just did not look like the picture. Then to find out I could not even return it because you only had 3 days to send it back. I was out of town when the shipment arrived and now I feel like I am stuck with this product. I know it is more than a month since I received this christmas tree, but what can I do? I do not believe I will order any christmas trees ever again from your sight. Do you think it could be possible to change return policy for this item. I have in the past purchased two other christmas trees and was quite satisfied with them.
