Cons: I had a hard time figuring out the real size of the tree by the picture. With the white background you can't judge it very well. For me it is easier to relate the size of the tree to a persons height so in case it can help - I'm 5'4'' and the tip of the tree comes to my chest.
If you put it directly in the floor it looks kind of small in an open room and if you put presents around it (as I tradicionally do) the tree will be "swallowed" by them.
Because of getting it smaller to ship or store it, the branches don't look as puffy as the close up shows. One of the branches also came out.
Pros: If you take the care to pull the branches apart the tree is as full as you can see in the picture! It look really nice.
The price is great even when considering shipping costs! For this price ($15.99) I could only get the 2'' trees that look like table decoration in any supermarket.
The size issue can be easily solved. I put the tree on the top part of the box it came in. Then I put the presents around it so you can't see the box. If you wrap the box it would also look nice.
You can use the same size decoration you would use for a big tree, just not as much.

I have not had a Christmas tree for many years and this one fits the bill. Just tall enough and needs only a few things to make it look great to celebrate the season.

Living in NYC, you find space needs to be conserved. While everyone loves real Christmas trees, they are just not practical for the city apartment with limited space.
I found this 4ft Christmas tree just what to be just what I needed to get into the holiday spirit. Sure it is a little sparse, but what do you expect for $9 (see the other review discussing how the tree looks cheap).
As a person traveling for the holidays anyways, I won't be home to enjoy this tree on Christmas Day anyways, and just wanted something to remind me of the Holiday season.
This tree is exactly what I expected it would be, and hey at the end of season you can just get rid of it and you are at no major loss, of money nor space to store it.
It came as 5 pieces, three piece are the base which slide into the bottom portion of the tree very easily. The other two pieces are the bottom and top half of the tree.
Overall I would recommend this tree to anyone with: not a lot of space, not a lot of money, or a combination of the two. It will certainly let you enjoy the holiday's a little more, and you may even get some laughs out of it when you set it up!

This came easy to put together, in 3 separate pieces. The branches have to be "molded" into place and was fairly easy to complete. It did not last long, the top piece fell off the middle, and would not go back on and I am still unsure why. But it did hold up for the christmas I needed it for, which is why it got 3 stars. If you are looking for a tree to get through one christmas, this is perfect. If you want a tree that will last, stay away!

This little tree worked perfect on our daughter's grave this year. Not too big, without stand, went into the ground perfectly. It was a good investment to make her Christmas grave beautiful!!
