Crystals fall offOct 06, 2010

I received this tree and probably half the crystals had fallen off inside the box. I called the company and they were very responsive about sending a replacement. The new tree came and there were still some crystals that were broken off. It appears that they are glued on and it doesn't take much to snap them off.
